6/20/2019 - One of the very few places where I tasted a bit of India...outside India! Wonderful quality-price ratio. Very well presented dishes. I really don't mind if they don't speak Portuguese and if the place is not the most fancy or if the air conditioning is not working (as read in other reviews). In the majority of Portuguese restaurants you'll be treated with much less care than in this authentic Indian restaurant that really didn't disappoint on any level. Try the salt lassi, absolutely delicious! Good job and keep it up!

5/09/2019 - Maharani was truly a delicious surprise, one of the best Indian restaurants in Portugal by far (and I tried a lot) and the nearest Indian experience outside India. Tasteful and rich homemade food, very nice service and great location just 2 mins from Areia Branca beach. Definitely coming back and recommended!
